IN compliance with the abore requisition, a special meeting of shareholders of the Western District Building and Laud Society will be held in the Magistrate's Courthouse, Riverton, on Wednesday, 26th March, 1873, at 7.30 p.m. Business — Alteration of the Society's Rules. KULES OF THE WESTERN DISTRICT BUILDTNG AND LAND SOCIETY, RIVERTON.* r|'HtO Bales of the Society hitherto in force are X hereby repealed, and the following Boies adopted in lieu thereof : — I. — KAICB AND OBJECT OP THB SOCIETY. This Society shall be called the Western District Building and Land Society, and is established for the purpose of raising by fortnightly subscriptions and otherwise, as aftermentioned, a fund from which to make advances to members to the ralue of their shares, to enable them to erect or purchase one or more house or houses, or acquire freehold or leasehold estate, to be mortgaged to the Society tor the purpose of securing the repayments, by these rules pro- • Ali the words in brackets are the proposed alterations of the rutes.
