The action of the Hhnsphodyne is twofold— on the one hand, increa-in;; the principle which constitutes nervous energy, and on the other, the mo3t powerful blood am! flesh generating agent km>wn ; therefore, a marvellous medicine for renovating impaired atvl broken down constitutions. It quickly improves the function of assimilation to such a decree, that where for years an emaciated, anxious, cadaverous, and semi-vital condition has exists!, the flesh will rabidly increase in quantity and firmness, and the whole system return to a etate of robust health. The Phosphodyne acts electrically upon the organisation; for instance, it assists nature to generate that human electricity which renew* and rebuilds the osseous, muscular, nervous, membranous, and organic systems. It moves the lungs, liver, heart, kidneys, stomach, and intestines, with a harmony, vigor, yet mildness, unparalleled in medicine.
