The offence was proved by the evidence of Messrs Ross, Munro. vii ( Twinjsing, l"onstabln LJoyce, and Serjeant Fleming, and the prisoner, who ia an old offender, was sentenced I to six months' impri-oninent wi'h hard lubjr. —
