O. F. Martini Ce. report : — At onr wool sale, held oa the 15th inst , the attendance was limited, owing to the severe weather. 18 lots were offered, and a considerable proportion sold, at the following quotations : — JM, Leicester fleece, llf-i; do, locks and pieces, sfl ; P, half-bred, 1* ; do. merino, Is ; Gf), 1 bale washed nferino, 15$ d; do locks and pieces, washed, 8d ; Ln, 2 bales greasy merino, - 1«; O, 2 bales merino and half-bred, Is Skins.—^-We sold dried , station skins, half bred and Leicester, at from si^ to 9Jd per lb ; do do merino, from 4d to 6£d. ' We hare to report great enquiry for store sheep of alt descriptions, especially 2 and 4-toofh Merinos, mixed sexes, but up to the present there hare been Tery few offering. We have placed 2000- merino, wethers, full-mouthed, at sa, which may be taken aa a fair quotation. Invercargill, January 13, 1873.
