TENDERS will be received at this office until Wednesday, 15th of January, 1873, for the supply and delivery of 150,000 sleepers for the Canterbury Railways, consisting of totara, jarrah, matai (black pine), or puriri. No tender to be for less than 10,000 sleepers. Specifications may now be seen at the Public Works Offices, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, and at the Public Works Office, Invercargill, on or about the 13th December.
