Contains 2000 acres, and ia composed oi scrub and grass country, and is estimated to carry 250 sheep. The leas* will commence on the 20th January, 1873, when the proportion ol the first year's rent will be payable. Bun 443 is situated on the west ford of Te Anau lake. Contains 82,000 acres, 18,000 acres of which are fairly grassed land, 30,000 acres ol high summer country, and the rest of bush. The rental will be an assessment of 7d per head on 6300 sheep, the minimum number the run v estimated to carry. The lease will commence on the 20th January, 1873, when the proportion of the first year's rent will be payable. The sale will be in terms of the " Otago Waste _ Land Act 1872."
