Music. — Pipers, whether competitors or not, who meet at the Post Office in Dee-Btreet, and play to the Grounds, will receive 10s extra. DIBPVTEB. — Any disputes which may arise shall be referred to two members of Committee, and, in case of their disagreement, the Superintendent of Sports shall be the arbitrator, whose ' decision will be final.
