CUSTOMS RETURNS.
The following has been collected as Customs "Revenue during the week ending Saturday, November 30th: —
D. Macrorie, auctioneer, reports -. — The yards were barely supplied on Saturday, when the attendance was more numerous than asuil, but it was not possible to reach vendors' limits, the class of stock offered not being in t >uch demand. The booth for the Caledonian sports was spiritedly competed for, realising £47, and the sale subsequently in the rooms, both afternoon and evening, secured much more ani mation, the interest being maintained till nearly 6 p.m. at the former, and with equal vigor frcm 7to 9. The demand showed itself principally in articles for use among various tradesmen, with less enquiry for those of domestic u-e. Albion Yards, December 2, 1872. t
