Competition will commence at 11 a.m. sharp. Quoit competition, commences at 10 a.m. Mubxo. — Pipers, whether competitors or not, who meet at the Post Office in Dee-street, and play to the Grounds, will receive 10s extra. Disputes. — Any disputes which may _«?■• shall be referred to two members of Committee, and, in case of their disagreement, the Superintendent of Sports shall be the arbitrator, whose decision will be final.
