Mr Curtis got a vote of thanks and confidence, passed by acclamation, at a meeting of his constituents. He spoke for 80 minutes, and made a good speech. Timabtj, Nov. 21. • The body of Murdoch- M'Lean, a ghepherd, who disappeared mysteriously on the 14th inst., has been found in the Wastidyke creek, with a piece of iron tied to the neck. The money which he was known to possess, £60, was all gone. The body of another man, which had been lying for five or six days, was also found. An inquest will be held on M' Lean's body to-morrow.
