Quoit competition commences at 10 a.m. Music— Pipers, whether competitor* or not, who meet at the Post Office in Dee-street, and play to the Grounds, will receive 10s extra. Disputes. — Any disputes which may arise shall be referred to two members of Committee, and, in caae of their disagreement, the Superintendent of Sports shall be the arbitrator, whoso decision will be final.
