ConneU.—ila.im for £5 2s 63, goods sold and delivered. Defendant di 1 not appear. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs, 13s. Rhind v.Rkind Pickford and another v. Mardock, and Thomson v Pickford, were postponed by consent of parties to Monday, 14th iaafc.
