NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order of this Honorable Court, made on the tweutyMXth day df September, one thousand eitiht hundred and seventy-two, the choice of the first meeting of the creditors of -the said Bankrupt of Thomas Perkins, . of Invercargill, land agent, as trustee of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt, was ' confirmed, and a public sitting of the said Court was appointed to take place on the sixteenth day of October next, at the Supreme Courthouse, at Invercargiil, aforesaid, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place the said Bankrupt should- pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge.
