WHEREAS His Honor the Superintendent has by powers conferred under the " Otago Roads Ordinaace, 1871," and "Otago Roads Ordinance Amendment Ordinance , 1872," appointed in the Provincial Government Gazette, the several days hereinafter specified, at 12 o'clock noon, for the first election of members of the District Boards for the undermentioned district and subdivisions, to be elected under and by virtue of the said recited Ordinance : I, Wai/teb Hsssr Peabson, the Returning Officer appointed by His Honor the Superintendent for the election of members for the undermentioned district and subdivisions, do hereby give public notice, and require all candidates for election as members for such district and subdivisions to be nominated in the manner provided by the 98th section of "The Otago Roads Ordinance, 1871," at the several times and places below stated : — ■r.. ... -p. .
