THIS Company is being established as a parely Colonial Institution, distributing its Shares as widely over New Zealand as possible, by allotting a fair proportion to each Province. The business of Insurance in New Zealand has become so extended, that Foreign Companies are constantly appearing on the field, and withdraw large sums of money from the Colony, clearly showing that, with the increasing prosperity of the country, there is ample room for a Sister Institution to the New Zealand Insurance Company, which, during an existence of thirteen years, has met with unprecedented success, saving many thousands of Capital to the Colony, and therewith fostering local enterprises. The operations of the Company will be conducted with extreme caution, and upon sound principles ; its success being insured by the business largely emanating from its own Shareholders. A deposit of 5s per share to be paid on application, and a iurther sum of 5s per share on allotment ; no further call being anticipated. J. F. CLARK, Secretary pro tern, 13 Insurance Buildings, Auckland.
