The s.s. Alhambra left Hobson's Bay at 1 a.m. on the 14th inst ; passed Port Phillip Heads at 5.30 a.m., and the Sisters Island at 4.40 a.m. on the 15th ; experienced strong S.E. gales the first four days, afterwards moderate S.E. winds. Passed the Solander at 2 a.m. on the 21st, and arrived here at 11 a.m. on the same day. The Alhambra spoke the barque Hydra, 25 miles ■west of the West Cape, on the 20th, 20 days out from Newcastle.
