THE Collegiate Reserve, fronting Dee and Spey streets (presently occupied by Mr Tapper's timber yard), will be subdivided into allotments, having 30ft frontage each, and leases thereof will be submitted to public auction at the Land Office, Invercargill, at noon on Monday, the Btii July. IN PURSUANCE of an Order made by the Chief Clerk of His Lordship the Master of the Rolls of the High Court of Chancery, in England, dated the thirteenth day of March, 1872, NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN, that all Creditors of the above named Corporation in New Zealand and Australia who have not already sent in their claims to Thomas Stephen Evans, the Official Liquidator appointed for New Zealand and the Australian Colonies ; or to Arthur William Morris, of Dunedin, his Attorney, are, on or before the 30th day of September, 1872, to send in their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to the Baid Arthur William Morris, care of the undersigned, William James Mudie Larnach, Manager of the Bank of Otago, Limited, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. And that all debts or claims not then sent in will be peremptorily excluded. And Notice is hereby further given, that all Creditors of the above named Corporation whose claims have already been sent in, but who bave not received payment in full, must, on or before the said 30th day of September, 1872, apply for payment thereof to the said Arthur William Morris, or the said William James Mudie Larnach, acting on his behalf, and that immediately after the said 30th day of September, 1872, the whole of the outstanding assets of Tbe New Zealand Banking Corporation, Limited, after making provision for any claims which may be sent in under this notice, will be assigned absolutely to Henry Alers Hankey, of 4, Queen's Square Place, in the County of Middlesex, England, who is now entitled thereto, subject to the payment of the debts of the Corporation.
