IN PURSUANCE of an Order made by the Chief Clerk of His Lordship the Master of the Rolls of the High Court of Chancery, in England, dated the thirteenth day of March, 1872, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all Creditors of the above named Corporation in New Zealand and Australia who have not already sent in their claims to Thomas Stephen Evans, the Official Liquidator appointed for New Zealand and the Australian Colonies ; or to Arthur William Morris, of Dunedin, his Attorney, are, on or before the 30th day of September, 1872, to send in their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to the said Arthur William Morris, care of the underBigned, William James Mudie Larnach, Manager of the Bank of Otago, Limited, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. And that all debts or claims not then sent in will be peremptorily excluded. And Notice is hereby further given, that all Creditors of the above named Corporation whose claims have already been sent in, but who have not received payment in full, must, on or before the said 30th day of September, 1872, apply for payment thereof to the said Arthur William Morris, or the said William James Mudie Larnach, acting on his behalf, and that immediately after the said 30th day of September, 1872, the whole of the outstanding assets of The New Zealand Banking Corporation, Limited, after making provision for any claims which may be sent in under this notice, will be assigned absolutely to Henry Alers Hankey, of 4, Queen's Square Place, in the County of Middlesex, England, who is now entitled thereto, subject to the payment of the debts of the Corporation. IN compliance with the recommendation contained in the Report of the Joint Committee on Colonial Industries, 1871, to the effect that a bonus of £2,500 should be offered for the first 100 tons of Printing Paper produced by machinery, such bonus to be in addition to any that may be offered by any Province, it is hereby notified that such reward, will be paid on the fulfilment of the following Conditions. The Paper to be manufactured in New Zealand, by machinery permanently established and working in the Colony. The required quantity to be completed before the 30th June, 1873. The weight of each ream of Printing Paper to be not less than 30 lbs. The reward will be paid on the certificate of an officer to be appointed by the Government that the above conditions have been complied with. W. Gisboene.
