IN BANKRUPTCY.
Monday, July 1. His Honor Mr Justice Chapman held a sitting in Bankruptcy this day, when Richard Densham, of Riverton, by Mr Matthews, applied for order of discharge, which was granted. Hugh Graham, of Invercargill, also obtained final order on the application of Mr "Wade. In the matter of James Scott, of Waikata, Mr Wade applied for order of complete execution, which the trustee in the estate had refused to grant. His Honor, after hearing argument in support of the application, declined to grant the order, on the ground that the time had elapaed in which he had jurisdiction.
