COMMERCIAL.
D. Macrorie, auctioneer, reports : — The sale at Mr Renwick' s was well attended, the .whole changing hands, except tbe property, which latter was briskly competed for up to £145, hilt being- cognisant of at least one-third that amount having been recently expended upon it, as well as the absence at the time of several who had been making enquiries, I considered it for the interest of tbe vendor to withdraw it then, and offer it again in Dee etreet. The rates obtained for the household furniture were most encouraging. Invercargill, 20th June, 1872.
