CUSTOMS RETURNS.
The following has heen collected as Custome Revenue during the week ending Saturday, May 25th.: —
Gh F. Martin 'and Co. report : — The sale of properties held at the Club Hotel on the 25th inst. attracted a very fair attendance, and the subdivisions of sections 12 and 13, block IX., town of Invercargill, realised very satisfactory prices. Allotments 1 and 2, having 33 feet frontage each to Esk-street, by 66 feet depth, brought £82 ; allotment 3, with same frontage, £50; allotment 4, corner Esk and Kelvin-streets, £90 ; allotment 5, having 66 feet frontage to Kelvin-street,_by a depth of 132 feet, with the buildings thereon, realised £250; allotment 6, adjoining the Council Hall, £77 10s, and 2 eections in Olvde-street £6 each. Invercargill, May 27, 1872.
