A BONUS OF £20 will be paid for the most suitable sketch plan for improving those portions of the Public Gardens fronting Forth and Tyne-streets, and the portion reserved of the block fronting Forth and Tay-streets, showing cutting of creek, walks, plantations, fences, and drainage. Drawings to have a distinctive motto, and to be accompanied by a sealed envelope containing name and address of competitor, and to be sent in to His Worship the Mayor not later than 16th May, 1872.
