And NOTICE is FUBTHER GIVEN", that any appeals against the assessment may be lodged at the Town Clerk's Office, Kelvin street (where blank forms may be had), on or before the 4th day of March, and a copy of each notice of appeal must be delivered by the appellant to the Clerk to the District Court, Invercargill, six clear days before the day to be appointed for hearing any appeals.
