The German Parliament |has provided the Army Estimates for the next three years. The scruples of the Parliament were overcome by the alarmists' representa- j tions of the revengeful designs cherished by France. I The relations between Prussia and the new Austrian Ministry are cordial. Bismarck is unwell. The political excitement in Brussels i has subsided since the formation of the new Ministry.
