In the "first match the chief prize was the Mayor's Cap, value £10 10a, together with £2 in cash, the gift of Mr H. S. Fiah, junr. ; a second prize of . £5 ; third and fourth prize of £3 each; fifth sixth* prize of £2 jeach;: and a seventh and eighth; a ninth, and a . ■ tenth, of £1 each ; ranges of 403, 500, and (500 yards ; fi»-e shots at each range.
