AH Stock-shown must -be bona fide the property of the Exhibitor or his Principal. 2. Entries in writing must be lodged with the Secretary three clear days before the day of show, when the Tickets will be given, stating the class in which the entry is made; which ticket the person in charge of the animals or articles intended for exhibition must produce at the gate, in order to show in what position the Exhibits are to be placed. 3 An Entrance-fee will be. charged to competitors on each exhibit, at the rate of five per cabers, and 10 per cent, for nonsubscribers .on the amount of thg first prize in the class in which the entry is made. 4. One man will be allowed in charge of each lot if necessary. _7. The publio will be admitted to the Yards from 11 to 12 o'clock of Thursday, the Bth December («.e., during the adjudication of the .frizes), on payment of Two Shillings and Sixpence ; after that time, at Is. Any implement adapted to the agriculture of the Colony, whi6h may be brought forward, shall receive a prize if considered meritorious. In awarding prizes for implements, workmanship, utility, and cheapness will be considered. The Judges are empowered to withhold the prizes in any department in which there is not sufficient merit.' Their decision in all cases to be final. 11. Any prize awarded shall be considered to have lapssd if not applied for within twelve months from date of Award. \
