From reliable sources we learn that the extent 1 of crop this season along the northern line of the 1 district averages from twenty to twenty-fire acres j to each of the settlers, the majority of whom are connected with other pursuits--*uch. as earners, i hotelkeepers, station holders, shepherds, &o.
