Scotia. — As no one has attempted to_ translate your Latin epitaph, it is given here, "Hicdepositi Bunt Jacobi fiilii de Longa Parte" — " Here lie the Jamiesons ot Langside." You do not believe that this epitaph is to be found in any churchyard ? If you like to take the trouble, you will find it inscribed on an old stone on the north side of the Church of Bowden, Boxburghshire. Enquirer. — So far as we know there is only one copy of the book you mention in the province. .At present it has gone land surveying, and will not be back for two months. You can have a perusal of it then. Juvenis. — See solution of Question 28, given above. - G.C.B.— Your charade in next Corner. - Ego. — It cannot be expected that the answers sent in will be always correct. For example, one states the answer to 27 to be a meteor, another a rainbow; while a third gives 2976 inches as the answer to 28.
