No animal of any herd, with regard to which there may be any suspicion of disease, will be knowingly received at the yards, and owners t will, if necessary, be required to make a declaration as to whether their herd has been- diseased within six months prior to tlie day of the Show. 15. No animal gaining a first : prize can compete again in aDy other class. 16. The ages of all stock must date from the Ist July in each year. 17. Horses will not be admitted saddled.
