LATER FROM AUCKLAND.
via Nelson, Sept 15. Mathow Te Poniane has quarrelled with Te Hira, and opened Hikutaia (the Upper Thames) to kauri gum diggers. The Mary Shepherd sails for London to-day with gum valued at £20,000, and gold valued at £16,000, besides other cargo, making a total value of £44,000. BOUGHT ON BEST TERMS
