XTOTIOB IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the part- -- * nerahip hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned, Thomas Constable Low and John M'Gregor, trading as sheep farmers, in the Provinces of Otago and Southland, under the style or firm of " Low and M'Gregor," is this day disolved by mutual consent, and the late firm of Low and M'Gregor will subsist for the purposes of liquidation onlyv All persons who ate indebted to the late firm of Low and M'Gregor an requested to pay the amount of their accounts to Mr John M'Gregor. whose receipt for the same shall be a sufficient discharge.
