M'Clymont to seU by auction, at his rooms, Dee-street, Invercargill, on SATURJuly, at 12 o'clock noon the following desirable properties : — Section 6, Block L, Invercargill Hundred, 2 miles from town, facing the East Road, containing 100 acres, of which 14 are bush, and 20 in. cultivation. There is a six-roomed dwelling-house and well-stocked garden on this section, which is excellently situated for a dairy farm.
