The MA. and N.Z. Co.'s s.*. Claud Hamilton arrived at the wharf from Melbourne, with mails from England via Suez, at 10 p.m. on Saturday, the 1 1th. She left Melbourne at 2.30 p.m. on the 6th ; passed though the Heads at 6 p.m. and Cape Schanck at 8 p.m. same day, and Swan Island at 5 p.m. the following day ; experienced fine weather during the run across; made the S.W. Cape at daylight on the llth, and arrived here as above; discharged her cargo on Sunday, and sailed for Northern Ports at 4 p.m. The barque Nightingale sailed from Melbourne on the 4th j with a general cargo for the Bluff and Dunedin, and may therefore be expected here hourly.
