Mr Stephen Gladstone, a son of the Prime Minister, was on March 13 ordained a priest of the Church of England by the Bishop of Winchester in the parish church of Lambeth. Mr Gladstone, who was educated at Christ Church, Oxford, was ordained deacon about a year ago by Dr Stunner, the late Bishop of Winchester, and has since been acting ub assistant curate to the Bev. Eobert Gregory, canon of St. Paul's and vicar of i $t. Mary tl*e Less, Lambeth.
