She left' Port Phillip Heads at i 8 p.m. on .'the 19th. experienced moderate weather until she cleared Bass Straits, when a" terrific gale from the eastward was encountered, which continued for four days. She arrived off the. Heads at midnight on the 26th, and entered the port as above. She brings "4o; tons of cargo, twelve. horses; audi one portable engine for this port-r-ihe latter for a flax mill. She has three other engines of the same ■class, and for- the same 'purpose,-' ori -board— two for Dunedin, and one for- Lyttelton. She sailed for Ihme.din.and her usual round of New Zealand ports atrs~p.m. same day.
