TT is hereby notified for public information that the Township of Gisborne, situate at Turanganui, Poverty Bay, on land purchased by Government for that purpose from the Natives, will be sold j by auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on the 13th day of April 1870. Also, on the same day, after the completion of I sale of the Town, a number of Suburban Sections situate in the immediate neighborhood of the Township, varying in size from one-acre to ten and a half acres, will be offered for sale. A Schedule of the Town and Suburban Sections to be submitted for sale will be hereafter published.
