TT is hereby notified for public information that the Township of Gisborne, situate at Turanganui, Poverty Bay, on land purchased by Government for that purpose from the Natives, will be sold by auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on the 13th day of April 1870. | Also, on the Bame day, after the completion of sale of the Town, a number of Suburban Sections situate in the immediate neighborhood of the Township, varying in size from one acre to ten and a half acres, will be offered for sale. A Schedule of the Town and Suburban Sections to be submitted for sale will be hereafter published.
