OSBORNE has received instructions to • sell by auction on Friday, January 21st, at 12 o'clock, at the Southland Club, Dee-street, Invercargill — That very choice and compact Farm known as " RozBHtE," being Sections 14s 15, 16, 20, 21, and 22, Invercargill Hundred, containing in all 616 a. lr. 85p. 200 acres of Sections 14, 15, and 16 are substantially fenced with ditch and rail, subdivided, in crop, or laid down in grass, andliave a good bush shelter. Sections 20, 21, and 22 are open, dry, and first-class land. D. Rich, and the flock of the Shag Valley station ; by imported American merino rams, from the flocks of George Campbell Esq., Vermont, and other noted breeders in the United States of America. They are remarkable for their size and symmetry, no less than for the excellent combing quality and immense weight of their fleece. The cup of a number of the ewe hoggets of this flock, shorn thiß season, has reached the enormous weight of 111 b each. We would earnestly recommend these sheep to the notice of woolgrowers in quest of rams. Samples of the wool may be seen at our offices. Terms of sale very liberal. DRIVER, MACLEAN, & CO, , Dunedin.
