OSBORNE has received instructions to • sell by auction on Friday, January 21st, _ j at 12 o'clock, at the Southland Club, Dee-street, Invercargill — That very choice and compact Farm known as " Rozkllb," being Sections 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, and 22, Invercargill Hundred, 1 containing in all 616 a. lr. 35p. 200 acres of Sections 14, 15, and 16 are substantially fenced with ditch and rail, subdivided, in crop, or laid down in grass, and have a good bush shelter. Sections 20, 21, and 22 are open, dry, and. first-class land. Bell, to sell by auction, at Meadow Bank, Shag Valley, on Wednesday, 9th February next, at 12 o'clock, in lots to suit purchasers, fJO(\ MERINO SAMS, viz :— 130 4.TOOX_B__ K'Jf) 2-TOOTH do x These sheep have all been bred by Mr Bell, and are the progeny of ewes selected from the celebrated stud flock of Mr F. D. Rich, and the flock of the Shag Valley station ; by imported American merino rams, from tbe flocks of George Campbell Esq., Vermont, and other noted breeders in the United States of America. Tbey are remarkable for their size and symmetry, no less than for the excellent combing quality and immense weight of their fleece. The chp of a number of the ewe hoggets of this flock, shorn this season, has reached the enormous weight of 111 b each.
