TENDERS will be received by tha undersigned until noon on TUESDAY, the 24th inst* for the collection of the Agricultural Statistics of the province in the undermentioned sub-districts : — Oteramika, Roslin, Waikivi, Waihopai, and New River. All holdings of one acre and upwards under crop must be visited by the Sub-Collector j and each tender must be accompanied by satisfactory reference as to competency to perform the work. MEMBERS of the Order resident in Southland are informed that the Delegates appointed by Lodges in this district will meet at the Lodge Room, Esk-street, Invercargill, at 7 o'clock on WEDNESDAY EVENING, the 19th current, for the election of officers and transaction of general business. In order to avoid interruption, Brethren intending to witness the proceedings are requested to be punctually in their seats at the hour named.
