No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse, unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the Winton Race Fund. All entrances for the Hurdle Race, Winton Cup, and District Plate, to be made at the Railway Hotel, Winton, at 8 p.m. on Friday, 31st December, 1869. Three horses to start, or no race. All jockeys to ride in colors. All dogs found on the course will be destroyed, irrespective of ownership. The rules of the Southland Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. FRED. R. WHITE, Hon.
