' No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse, unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the Winton Race Fund. All entrances for the Hurdle Race, Winton Cup, and District Plate, to be made at the Railway Hotel, Winton, at 8 p.m. on Friday, 3lst December, 1869. Three horses to start, or no race.
