TN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zjalaud, intitilec "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I Francis Waltkb Scott, Deputy Returning Officer for th« Electoral District of Campbelltown, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the eleventh day of November, 1869, issued under the hand of His Honor the Superintendent of the Province of Southland, an ELECTION will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a MEMBER of the Proriacial Council ot Southland for the said Electoral District, and that the NOM [NATION of CANDIDATES will take place at the Courthouse, Campbelltown, on Friday, the 19th day o i November, 1869, at noon ; and that the poll (if necessary) will take place on Saturday, the 20th day of November, 1869.
