■At Sierra Leone, on the West Coast of Africa, there » printed a paper called the West African Herald, the entire itaff of which — proprietor, editor, and compositors— are natiyes. Amongst the names of the agents who receire subscriptions and supply papers we find the following : — "Vt Winnebah, Henry Ahquah, King of Wionebah." His sable majesty is also agent for the same paper for the Oemooah distnet.
