Kennedy, commander, left Onehungaat 4 p.m. of 16th ; crossed the Manukau Bar at 6" p.m. ; anchored off New Plymouth at 8 a.m. of 17th ; sailed from thence at 2 p.m., and arrived off Nelson the following morning at 5 o'clock ; left again at 6.45 a.m. of 19th ; stopped off T >torangio to land stores for a prospecting party ; reached Picton at 4 p.m., and remained there till 4.15 a.m. of 20th, when she started for Wellington ; arrived at Lyttelton on 23rd at 1.30 p.m. ; sailed again at 1.25 p.m. of 24th. Passed +he s.s. Wellington off Observatory Point; anchored at Port Chalmers on 25th at 8.45 a.m. ; sailed from thence on Sunday at 3.15 p.m., and arrived at the Bluff Harbor at noon on the 27th. The s.s. Tararua, J. Hagley, commander, arrived from Melbourne at 7 o'clock, on the 28th inst., four days fourteen hours passage. She left on the 23rd inst, experienced fine weather first part of the passage, but the latter, very squally ; passed the Holanders at 11 p.m. on the 27th, and arrived as above. She brings (50 tons for Bluff) 252 tons cargo, 19 saloon, and 56 steerage passengers, for all ports.
