Whisky, 32 gals £19 12 5 Geneva, 19 gals 8 14 5 £28 6 10 The ' Daily Times' of 11th inst., has the following commercial intelligence : — A steadier trade is now going forward, but an absence of large transactions is still noticeable, and in ihe import market very little of interest has been witnessed in the operations coming under observation. At Messrs M"Landress, Hepburn, & Co.'s rooms, this morning, a .'arge assortment of wines and spirits were offered but without any great amount of business resulting, though for the lines quitted fair prices were realised. Privately we hear of sugars — white and yellow crys. tals — moving at full rates ; and moderate sales of congous in halves and boxes have occurred. The produce market witnesses a fair amount of activity ; and, although advices are waited for, transactions to a fair extent have been going forward.
