OSBORNE has received instructions ZL» from Mr John Hamilton, to sell by auction, ' on the premises, Harrisville Bakery, North Road, Invercargill, on Thursday, 29th April, at 12 o'clock — Those commodious and substantially-built ; Stores, Bakery and Dwelling, in "the above locality, now in the occupation of the owner, containing large shop, store, bakehouse, oven, stable, outhouses, &c. The dwelling contains parlour, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, <fec., &c. Note. — This property has a bold frontage of 66 feet to the North Road, all built upon.
