ARRIVAL OF THE " GOTHENBURG," WITH THE ENGLISH MAIL AT BLUFF HARBOR.
(Prom the ' Argus,' Feb. 16.) The Bombay arrived at the Sound at two p.m. on the Bth inst., and left at daylight next morning. The Malta will bring the next mail, the Bombay having to take in new boilers. The Galatea arrived at Freemantle on the 3rd inst. The Prince had an enthusiastic reception. He intended leaving on the Bth inst., and calling at the Sound on the way to Adelaide. The Prince will not visit India till next October. Sir James and Lady Fergussou were passengers by the Avoca ; but hearing that the Prince was in Western Australia, instead of going on to Melbourne, they went by the Eangatirato receive the Duke at Adelaide. The new Governor of "Western Australia (Sir Benjamin Pine) received a telegram at Galle announcing the death of a near relative, and returned at once to England.
