♦ MORNING- SITTING-. The Sixth Session of the Third Provincial Council was opened, on Monday, the Ist March. There were present the following members: — Messrs Wilson (^iwtlv:! 1 ). Hately, Dani.d, Longuet, Blacklock (Provincial Tre isurer), Armstrong, St-Miart, Pearson, Mouckton, (.'aid rr, ilo»vdl, Basstian, D.ilrymple, Clerke, Pratt, Ivo.-s, Johnston and .-Swale.
