T"iHE Undersigned are instructed by Messrs J Aylmer & Co. to make private* sale, for delivery in March, of WAIRAKI STATKW, Situate in the Waiau District of the Province of Southland, together with all stock thereon. Run No. 166 a. is held under license to Ist January, 1882, at a rent of two-pence per acre, equivalent to two-pence or three-pence per sheep. Run No. 415, adjoining, is under licence to 19th July, 1879, at a rent of £5 per annum. Total rent £200 per annum. The Station contains in all 66,520 acres, of which 30,000 are first-class winter ci untry. It will carry all the year round 25,000 sheep ; being well bounded and fenced, it is worked with three men.
